Do you carry watch batteries?
Yes! We carry most watch batteries, and they range in price from $8 to $10. Bring a watch by and we'll handle the battery swap for you.
do you offer Jewelry appraisals?
Yes! We have a gemologist on staff that can handle all of your appraisal needs. The cost is $35 per item.
Do you size watch bands?
Yes! We can size a watchband in about 5 minutes and charge $10 for watched not purchased at Robert's Jewelry.
do you do custom design work?
Yes, if you can dream it, we can make it.
can you get named brand merchandise?
Depends on the brand, if you have something in mind please call and we can check into it for you.
how long do repairs take?
Some repairs are done on site and can be done within a day. most others take between 1-2 weeks. Rush jobs can be done 1-3 days if necessary.
are your diamonds reasonably sourced?
All diamond merchandise sold by Robert's Jewelry is conflict free. This is a distinction you can't always get when purchasing online.

do you do engraving?
Yes.

Yes, we buy everything, gold, platinum, silver and broken jewelry. with stones or without. even stuff you don't think about like sterling silver flatware.
do you offer a military discount?
Yes, with valid id 5% discount.
do you sell gift cardS?
Yes. Any amount and they do not expire.
